Cancellation of transaction / order

You can cancel the transaction you made on the website, without charge, as long as it has not been sent/transferred to the delivery company, by contacting the website, sending an e-mail to mali@kookoolon.com or by phone 03-7200999 on Sundays-Thursdays  Between 09:00-19:00.

Returns  

An unused product can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product, along with an invoice in its original packaging without being used. Upon receipt of the product, we will make a refund less the shipping cost.

Due to the need for strict hygiene, face masks cannot be returned in any case. The sale is final.

Replacements

It is possible to exchange for any other item available in stock within 14 days from the date of purchase by telephone coordination provided that the replaced product is complete and in its original packaging, without being used.
